Roddy Ricch, born Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr. on October 22, 1998, is a Grammy-winning rapper from Compton, California. He gained recognition with his 2018 single “Die Young,” which marked his debut on the Billboard Hot 100, and his critically acclaimed mixtapes Feed Tha Streets (2017) and Feed Tha Streets II (2018). His collaboration with Nipsey Hussle on “Racks in the Middle” earned him a Grammy for Best Rap Performance in 2019, while “Ballin’,” his feature with Mustard, peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Roddy Ricch’s debut studio album, Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial (2019), debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It featured the diamond-certified hit “The Box,” which topped the Billboard Hot 100, and the top-ten single “High Fashion” featuring Mustard. His collaboration with DaBaby on “Rockstar” in 2020 became his second No. 1 hit. His second album, Live Life Fast (2021), peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, with its lead single, “Late at Night,” earning platinum certification.
